Terms of service

Last updated : 28 September 2026

1. Purpose

These terms govern the website design, rebuild, hosting, maintenance and accessibility remediation services provided by Nexura (Timéo Bolomey, sole trader) to business clients, associations and public bodies.

This is a translation provided for convenience. In the event of any discrepancy, the French version prevails.

2. Quotes and orders

Every engagement is preceded by a free quote, valid for 30 days. The order is firm once the signed quote and, where applicable, the deposit have been received.

3. Prices

Prices are stated in euros, net. VAT not applicable under article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. Prices shown on the site are indicative: only the signed quote is binding.

4. Payment terms

Website build: 30 % deposit on order, balance on go-live.

Subscription (maintenance or rental): monthly, in arrears.

Public bodies: payment by administrative order, within the statutory 30-day period.

Payment by bank transfer. Late payment incurs interest at three times the French statutory rate, plus a fixed recovery charge of €40 (article L.441-10 of the French Commercial Code).

5. Deadlines and collaboration

Deadlines are set out in the quote. They assume the client supplies the necessary material — copy, photographs, technical access. Any delay in supplying it postpones delivery accordingly.

6. Approval and acceptance

The client signs off each stage: the design, then the final version before go-live. The number of rounds of revisions included is stated in the quote.

7. Ownership

Purchase: on full payment, the client owns the site and its content. Open source components remain subject to their respective licences.

Rental: the site remains the property of Nexura for the duration of the subscription. The client retains ownership of their content — copy, photographs, logo — and of their domain name.

8. Subscription, maintenance and termination

The subscription covers hosting, security updates, backups and content changes on request, within the limits set out in the quote.

It carries no minimum term unless the quote states otherwise, and may be terminated by email with one month's notice.

9. Domain name

The domain name is registered in the client's name and remains their property.

10. Liability

Nexura is bound by an obligation of means. It cannot be held liable for content supplied by the client, nor for downtime attributable to the hosting provider or to force majeure.

11. Personal data

Where an engagement leads Nexura to process personal data on the client's behalf, the respective roles of controller and processor are set out in the quote, under article 28 of the GDPR. Data collected through this website is described in our privacy policy.

12. References

Unless the client objects in writing, Nexura may cite the work as a reference and show a screenshot of it on its website.

13. Disputes

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will first seek an amicable settlement; a complaint may be sent to timeo@agence-nexura.fr. Failing agreement, the competent court is that of Nexura's registered place of business.
